If you have been involved in an auto accident notify your insurance agent or insurance company immediately.

• Check for injuries.  Life and health are more important than vehicle damage.
• Check your vehicle and make note of damage to all the vehicles involved.
• Exchange information with other drivers.  Write down names, addresses, and license numbers of everyone involved.
• Write down a description of all the vehicles.
• Call the police.

Additionally:

• Look for witnesses.  Write down the name and address of anyone who many have sen the accident.
• make notes about circumstances such as visibility, road conditions, and the weather.
